ABOUT NEST
Nest Collective is an entrepreneurial program offered through the Black Wall Street Chamber of Commerce. This program focuses on nurturing, developing, advising and educating Black, Indengenious, People of Color (BIPOC) business owners that need support in taking their businesses to the next level. We strive to reach all developing businesses ranging from startups to matured.
9 Week Cohort + 5 Key Business Tools + Life Changing Community.
Nest Collective utilizes five key areas that focus on business development including business coaching and mentorship, business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and Health and Wellness. In addition, this program offers a tailor made schedule for its members. The program is cohort based with each cohort running 9 weeks. If you are excited about the growth potential of your business and ready to put in time for development, this is the program for you.
1. Business Coaching and Mentorship
Imagine having a fully dedicated expert in your corner. Someone who can help you put things in perspective, find different approaches to new challenges, and is always a champion for you. Nest will pair you with the business professionals you need to execute your dream at a high level.
2. Financial Literacy
Having financial well-being means having a sense of control over your day to day finances. It means having the financial freedom to make the best life choices for yourself. To manage your finances, an effective and thorough understanding of financial literacy is crucial.
3. Business Planning
A good business plan guides you through each stage of starting and managing your business. You’ll use your business plan as a roadmap for how to structure, run, and grow your new business. It’s a way to think through the key elements of your business. Business plans can help you get funding or bring on new business partners. Investors want to feel confident they’ll see a return on their investment.
4. Marketing
Marketing as it was originally intended, in its fullest, truest, and greatest form, is more important today than ever before. The world is awash in innovative products, services, technologies, solutions, business models, etc. today. These new offerings must be brought to market and commercialized in order to generate revenue and profit. Innovation alone cannot sustain a company; it must be paired with marketing.

Nest Collective understands the importance of business marketing. As one of our core business development areas, we are collaborating with industry experts who continue to successfully evolve with the branding and marketing industry. These experts will provide cohort members with knowledge of current marketing and branding practices that will potentially take each business to the next level.
Business Planning Professionals
Creating a business plan can be intimidating, but with the guidance of our business planning professionals, cohort members have the opportunity to successfully walk through their business plan with the assistance of a professional. Each business plan expert has not only created numerous successful business plans but has also taught others to do the same.
Mentorship/Business Coaching
All business owners have their blind spots, and every business owner has room for improvement. To assist with this need, Nest Collective has a team of available and dedicated business coaches to mentor each cohort member. These professionals have experience in a wide range of industries and are excited to share their knowledge with Nest Collective members.
Nest Collective offers business development and resources that are valued over $10,000 at NO COST to its Nest Collective program participants.
